I RETURNED the Kaballah book.

I was trying to shift into my higher conciousness so that I could avoid becoming emotionally overwhelmed in the astral.

Reason: I was trying to go visit a suicided friend and was having a hard time getting through his (and my) depression.

Then when the "Prince of all Demons" showed up it created yet another debacle.

At first I was freaking out, but now I'm just P*ssed. (Which is a good thing, I know how to use my anger out there.)

Believe me, if/when he shows up again this time, I'll be ready for him.
