Actually I consider this two separate experiences but they happen so close together I keep them that way. Alright like I said this occured sometime last summer not sure on the actual date but I think it was ate July early August because it was close to my girlfriends birthday. Anyway I'm in my living room laying on the couch doing my energy work I had done the full body circuit for a while, switched to stimulating my chakras once I felt I had a good energy flow going and then went back to doing the full body circuit. I had probably been at it for thirty to forty-five minutes when I started hearing noises coming from behind me in the kitchen. I sit up swing my legs over to the floor got up took about two steps when I felt something pulling back to the couch. I realized that I had slipped out of my body, I didn't wanna look at it because usually when I do I get pulled back in. Anyway I walk into the kitchen and see what appears to be a group of about seven or eight midget-demon looking things going through my cabinets and drawers, using each other to climb up to the counter in order to reach the top cabinets. I'm standing there watching this wondering "what the hell are they doing?" when one of them that had kinda been standing back watching the others realizes I'm there turns to me gives me a dirty look and snarls at me. Being that I had just spent quite a while doing my energy work and that I was very clear headed I was feeling extremely confident I decided to play around with them so I gave him his dirtly look back and was going to growl at him but when it came out it was more like a roar because it seemed to come out from the entire room. He kinda jumped back the others all turned to look at me, and then one that had initially snarled at me gives me this look I interpret as being "Is that so?" He turns back around walks over to the others and then they all go back to going through the cabinets and such, I stood there and watched them for what felt like a couple minutes, every so often one would look over it's shoulder at me and then go back to doing what it was doing. At this point I decided I didn't wanna forget this so I felt for my body, got pulled back in broke the paralysis got up and started stretching. I went outside checked the mail and then came back in and laid back down to continue my energy work. I went back to doing the full body circuit and after felt like about 30 minutes I started hear what sounded like a voice being whispered in my ears. I stated concetrating on it and the more I did the louder it got. It sounded like some kinda like some sort of mantra because it just kept repeating the same to words over and over again after listening to this voice for a few seconds I felt compeled to go along with it. So I start saying it myself in turn with the voice. At about the 3rd or 4th repitition (I think it was the third I'm not sure) full blown paralysis and astral vision kick in. The astral vision was to a degree that up to that point I had never experienced before it was already bright outside but when my astral vision kicked in it got about 100 times brighter everything was in perfect detail and I had complete control of it. To my left something caught my attention and when I turned to look what I can only explain as a blue ball made of fire and electricity about 3x3x3 formed in mid air. I don't know what this thing was but it was amazing, I could feel waves of power and energy coming off of it and everything in the room had a blue tint to it form the light coming off it. I was in awe, I remember wondering if I should do something but decided against it and that I should just go along with it. It floated about 2 feet closer to me and then a pair of hands holding a book formed out of the front of it and extended it towards me. It showed me the cover and then started opening the book. At this point a loud banging started coming from the door. Immediatly I was pulled back (very roughly I might add) it took me a few seconds to break the paralysis and then I got up and answered it. It was my roommate who couldn't get in because I had the deadbolt on. And that's it, except for one more strange thing, the two words that I had spoken and what was written on the front of the book had been completely wiped from my head in a matter of seconds! Out of all that that's what really weirded me out, I had just spoken the words and read the title of the book but within that small timeframe it was gone, but the rest of the experience was there with crystal clarity.
