Google "Dr Judith Orloff" and go to her website. She has some articles that you might get some tips from that might be helpful. She has some great books on how to become receptive and to work through sensitivities, she has 3 books and I think the 1st 2 you will really relate to. The 3rd one is great too.

See if you can find them at a library if you can't buy them.
