I had this issue, too. I didn't try any special techniques, mostly because I didn't know they existed, and it went away on its own after several months. If I had known, though, I'd have definitely tried these techniques so I encourage you to do so!

I had another problem once with my eyes rolling back in my head. I asked Robert Bruce and he said that it was probably because my eyes weren't relaxed enough. He suggested that I practice the third eye gaze (I think that's what it's called anyway), where you turn your eyes towards your brow chakra, almost like looking upwards with crossed-eyes. He said that might help stretch and relax the muscles. It didn't help with my particular problem, but perhaps it could help you.
