The inverse blinking method works pretty awesome, it worked out pretty well today.

Except, I fell asleep(I like to do my exercises on bed, because we don't have a comfortable chair to sit relaxed in) and woke up from my own snorring. Next time I'll put my head in a different position so I won't snore.
