Hi everybody,
I was wondering if anyone knows what this is, My apologies if it sounds stupid. Here goes.. I was laying down trying to project, One of the things that works for me is imagining my body filling up like a balloon, and I float right out, for me that is exactly what the sensation is when I project. So Im lying there and the tingling starts in my hands, I'm in deep, deep relaxation. Im stating to buzz all over. Like usual my hands start getting lighter and lighter, feeling like they were blown up balloons. My astral hands started to seperate from my body and rise, like usual, but I was having a hard time completely seperating, and I kept thinking I wonder what my physical hands look like right now, assuming they were lying flat down, I had to open my eyes and look, when I did I was shocked because they were not flat on bed, but like 4 inches off the bed, levitating, No, not disconnected to my arms, but I wasn't useing any muscle strength to hold them up it was pure energy, (i think)
I can do it now anytime, with my feet also, A friend put his hand under the gap once and it was burning hot, to both of us, there is this immense heat that comes from the space. I hope this doesn't sound too stupid but It made me wonder if that is how someone could levitate? That's assuming if it actually is possible, I know there are a lot of magicians who are just performing a trick, but does anyone think it is possible and that that's how it's done? Or if anyone knows what this is?
Thanks
It doesn't sound stupid to me. When I was having my 'leg pulling' thing happening, one night my husband woke up and said my legs were way up in the air- and I don't have the stomach muscles to pull that off in my sleep. So now your post makes me wonder if it's related. Energy work took care of that, but I have had dreamstate lessons teaching me that the way to levitate lying down is to work with the lower tan tien. How is what I don't know. (Of course, it could have just been a dream.) But now I wonder...
