Hello there fellow undergrounders,

My online tag is Pilar and I'm happy to find this community of people who are having experiences outside the ordinary.

Myself, I am a professional writer and academic, altho' of late my spiritual path has been making it harder and harder for me to function in the realm of the ordinary.

I'm interested in astral/OBE, particularly how it relates to trauma-- for those of us who had spontaneous OBEs and astral experiences in childhood, was it trauma that exposed us to this realm (being forced out of body by overwhelming experiences in the physical?) And if so, how can conscious astral projection/OBEs be used as a healing tool for those who have suffered trauma? This is my personal research with myself as lab rat.

Aside from that, I have been a Buddhist practitioner for 9 years and so I am interested in the crossover between OBE work and the dream yoga of the Tibetans.

I'm also interested in Mantak Chia's Healing Tao energy work and will be practicing RBs work in conjunction with this.

Getting up the courage to begin the MAP book/course. Have had alot of negative dream experiences, so...summoning up the courage!
