I have been trying to have OBEs since two years (but I have not be successful: I've had only 3 OBEs with lots of months between one and other. Today I've got one OBE... but it has been very strange, so I need your help in order to discover what has happened.

I was sat watching TV before the dinner. I fell asleep, but without intentions to have an OBE. Suddenly, I recovered the conscience while I slept: I felt my body, I heard the television, etc. The vibrations arrived without requesting it. But, when I attempted to leave my body, I noticed that a pain was starting to grow in the right side of my body, to the height of the
solar plexus . It was a big pain that made me want to wake up immediately. While the pain grew, I started to feel strange, as if I could not leave my physical body. I thought that it was possible that I had fallen sleep in a bad position, so I requested help because I was feeling, in addition to the pain, that something was retaining me tied to my physical body, like chained.
Next, I began to listen strange voices that spoke in whispers, but I could not understand what they said, and suddenly, I lost the conscience and I began to dream, but still in the dream I had the will sufficient to request waking up. Finally, when I woke up, neither I was in a bad position nor I felt pain in my physical body.

So I am astonishedâ€¦ Because I don't know what happened, what it caused that horrible pain and what maintained me anchored to my physical body, although the intuition says me that the two things respond to he same reason.

Help me please
