Hi,
I'm new to this forum and I've only learnt to project through the use of R. Bruce's book, "Astral Dynamics." I have had some success with projection but a while ago, and this was an event which preceeded a time of turbulence including a move from one country to another (nothing short of stressful) so I have not had much of either the time or inclination to try again in recent months, I was just experiencing the exit when a shadow seemed to cross my "vision" very quickly and I found myself blocked, for want of a better term. The next time I tried, a day or two later, when I was just exiting, again, a shadow once more crossed in front of me and I "heard" the word, "NO".
Does anybody have an explanation for this? Recently I have begun trying again, just today I had quite a good session but never managed to project. I have read the section on annoyances during an exit but this felt like a definite presence at work. I'm sensitve anyway and a practicing clairvoyant but I could not clearly discern a form.
Any help and advice from more experienced members would be most welcome. Thanks, and sorry for the long post.
