When auric sight appears do people tend to start seeing spirits,hear voices,etc? This may sound silly but scares the heck out of me as far as I've read

I used to see auras when I was younger (about 'til I was thirty) and never saw ghosts or angels. In fact, back in my more naive years I wanted to see them but didn't. Now I'm sort of glad I didn't. We humans are so complicated...
