When you say energy work what do mean? Like filling my body with energy?

Maybe. Energy work can be Yoga, Qi Gong, NEW or any other discipline that stimulates the energy body. Even regular-old exercise can be considered energy work if you don't overdo it.

I was into psionics before i came upon OBE so i know how to do a lot with energy. Yes, but do you keep up with it lately, as in, do you practice routinely?
