Well this has happened 2 me about 4 times but i closed my eyes and then after about 10 seconds i saw a glimpse of my ceiling,then i concentrated and saw the whole room it seemed like it was looking through a camera kinda because it looked from a far away view.

After i opened my eyes i thought what the hell was that it was so awesum.And then 1 time i meditated for a while and then i did it again i concentrated and i saw my room its very very weird and havent said anything about it because i just never thought of it.

But the problem is i have never conciously remembered any astral projections before and i was thinking i'd need 2 have at least have projected to do this.
