6,5 and 4 days ago..........

Tried projecting but couldn't get past the light trance stage....the rope technique seems easy but it wasn't so when i tried it.....I just couldn't climb up a rope..........energy work seems a little tough too.

Each time i do energy work i manage to draw energy through my legs and bring it to the base chakra.The very first day i tried energy raising i could "feel" energy flowing(stuff like ganglia and all that moving like RB said and an
actualy feeling of something flowing).I can still feel energy flowing to the base chakra whenever i do energy raising but i don't know why i can't activate the other chakras, it seems impossible.

I managed to reach the light trance state but my mind kept wandering so i decided to postpone each day.....
