Maybe you just need to recharge your batteries- I know that young people have more energy to project (or anyway it's my belief)- so maybe 3 projections a week is all you should attempt in terms of energy reserves. Just a guess, though. Maybe you should raise more energy with the intention of 'projecting tomorrow', and give your body a break for a few days.
