I found a quote from a lucid dream FAQ which explains what i mean,

Robert Monroe even reported experiencing 100 years in a 2 hours OOBE THis is the sort of OBE that i would like to achieve many times as it would feel like i had lived a lot more years than i actually have because it really only takes up 2 hours of my life.
Does anyone have any more information on how have OBEs as long as this
