I almost made it out yesterday!

I did no energy work or meditation before hand, I wasn't even trying to OBE. I just laid down in bed (on my side), was being poked by two guitars, and closed my eyes. I then fell asleep. After a weird dream I woke up. then I kinda clenched my teeth, and felt a weird vibrating in my jaw. Then in less than a second it spred to my whole body and I felt like I was on one of those chairs except ALOT stronger. then I felt my self start spinning counter-clockwise and lift out of bed. I went up like, 7-8 feet (which would have put me in the attic) and thought WHOA! I'M GONNA HAVE AN OBE!" and lost it and droped into my body. I clenched my jaw again, and the same thing happined, except I didn't go as high and it wasn't as strong. I should probably also note that I could not see anything.
