the falling method... i swear by that. Just catch the mental falling feeling, then concentrate on absolutly nothing to make it stick, once you feel confident, call out the vibrations. Use both of these feelings together, if your only vibrating, or only falling, then your not doing it right.


this is mearly speculation... i have yet to try this out to a successful detatchment. I have only tryed it once. I am going to try it again soon.. ill keep you posted on the progress.
