That sucks. Lol, there is a debate that masturbation, sexual intercourse can affect your recall, what manifests in the astral plane; but i for one am not sure. Maybe you should give it a go, and if all goes well; you've proved your theory. It would most likely affect your dreams, as would food, exercise, your feelings etc.
