I had a dream once where relatives told me to refrain from sexual activities etc.. I had been real frustrated about my lack of success over the course of a year in Astral Projection. I still have not had one.

I found it odd, then I see another post on another website about Tantric sex and something about holding your semen inside and not having orgasm, will help you astral travel better.

I had suspected something similar, but has anyone ever heard of this before?

Are any of you regular OBE'ers out there having regular sex and still successfully getting out of body?

Or does it help? I may have to break the news to my fiance...

I've never heard of this before, but I tend to have (and recall) spontaneous OBEs on the majority of the nights in which I go to bed after experiencing an orgasm, especially if I fall asleep immediately after. Of course, this isn't the controlled-exit variety .. but there does seem to be some link between sex and exiting the body.
