What I know:
OBE=Remote viewing in real time.
It is possible. It can be done by anyone.
It is a skill that can be learned and developed through practice.
There are no astral police ie. it is just a skill (Robert Bruce)

Then:
Using it you can spy ie.
Go anywhere (Pentagon, Oval Office, Langley, Other countries' Intelligence agencies' HQs)
There you can listen to people, watch codes being typed, recite the exact words they used at some secret meeting, find blackmail material, regular intell etc etc.
A grid search to find Osama is not unthinkable.

All this requires a mere hours worth of OBE ability a day....

Question:

Does anyone realize the IMMENSE security implications of this?
A terrorist could not only stay ahead but learn things used to do great damage. He could BE inside Pres.Bush's bedroom as he wakes up and has his morning coffee.
