i practice new in bed, before going to sleep. it really isn't the best time - but mentally i'm not prepared to relax until night time. so its the only way.

whats annoying is, lying on my back and doing new, i'll reach a certain stage where i just have to turn over into the fetal position, and give up on energy work for the evening. but after that i still wont be able to sleep.

i think its best in the morning, when my heart beat is basically stopped lol.
