i thnk iive had OBE experiences before, lucid dreams where i have seen and interacted with "entities". but those could easily be written off as purely lucid dreams.
the other night however, after a night of partying, i woke up, and then returned to sleep only to find myself conscious, lying in bed. i "see" my room but its all blurry, then i start to lift out of my body. im not sure if i did this consciously, i think i did. then i looked out the window fell out and flew around until i snapped back to my body, and lifted out again. everything was visually very blurry. also, the whole time i had this uncomfortable cold sensation in my ass/ base chakra. whats up with that?
how can i get more control and clarity the next time this happens, and what should i do so i can start being able to induce them consciously?
