Hello All,

Does anyone ever have doubt in their OBE experiances? I have been doing energy work for over a year and since then I have had about 6 OBE's but afterwards when I think about them I always wonder was it just a false awakening. They never happen from a being wide awake using the rope or any other method. For instance this is what happened with my last one. This is directly from my journal.

I awoke in the middle of the night. It felt as if my body was moving within my body. I was rolling like a log around and around. I started to roll my self back and forth and then I just rolled right off my bed and when I hit the floor I bounced like I was a balloon. I couldn't see anything but I felt myself floating upwards. Then when I was able to see I was floating about 3 feet above my bed. The lighting was very dim and I couldn't make out much detail. I did look at my hands and they looked really stange. They were a gray color and I tried to get way from my bed by kind of flapping my hands to fly way.

I then woke up. There was no sudden jerk back into my physical body. This is about the 3rd time I have had this kind of OBE. Imediately afterwards I thought, "Wow, that was amazing". It felt so real. All the time I was totally aware what was happening. But like I said before I wonder was this just a false awakening or a real OBE?
