Hi

Based on anyone's personal experience, where is the best place to draw energy to for projection?

Most of the time I can raise enough energy just to project and then my energy supply runs out and I fail. If I focus on brow chakra I project consciousness into my own mind but do not leave the body.

The easiest seems to be using the heart chakra, but it becomes too heavy and the conventional techniques used to exit don't seem to work, and if I don't project quickly I also run out of energy fast. Any ideas?
