Hello, I am new to all this, but thought I would give my $.02 worth since I was a computer tech for many years. Firstly, I have several Astral screen savers and screen "flashers" that you can set the frequency on. The goal of these is to set the flash rate/strobe to a setting in the Theta Wave area (3.5-7.5 Hz). Help me here others if I am incorrect on frequencies
If you really want to get confused go to:

.
I have had very little success rate with any of these that I have. Maybe I have not used them long enough??
The point I am making is your computer monitor (and any electric device giving off light) are "flashing at a frequency" computer screens at 60 to 85 Hz. I am by no means an expert on the affects of these frequencies, but just staring at an unmoving/non controllable picture on a screen may have negative affects on projecting.
Good Luck!!
