Hello russmi3,
I wasn't talking about software to help me project I was referring to RB's technique for a Virtual Reality projection. Here is an extract from his online treaty:
Here is a simple, reliable method, I have developed, to create your own personal realm: Get a poster of a pleasant scene, something bright and sunny. The bigger the better, but standard poster size will do. Hang it on the wall ..... When you project, go towards the poster, keeping your mind blank. Don't think about what you are doing, just gaze at it and move towards it. As you approach it in this way, your subconscious mind will be tricked into creating an astral realm exactly like the poster. Just move up to and into the poster. It is like stepping into another world. Everything in this world will be exactly like in the poster. It will appear to be a normal three dimensional world, an exact copy, indistinguishable from reality. CFTraveler wrote:
The only think I'd worry about is if it scares you enough it might give you unpleasant associations and hinder your further development. I'd stick with the 'Starry Night' scenario- just enough drama, with high beauty content. I will probably do just that, but I was worried about more than just fear. I was pondering if it is possible to enter an actual storm by doing this, and if so can this damage or destroy the projected double? I always understood that the projected double was practically indestructible by physical events, but a storm could be moving more than just air. Lightning for example, a high-voltage discharge like that would probably have a strong effect in the real time zone.
Also, if I project to a well-known image, like Starry Night or Mona Lisa, could I accidentally enter a dream-pool (or other type of collective reality)? - More than enough people have viewed the image to justify the existence of such a place.
