The more I try to get out of body, the harder it is. That is because it constantly reminds me of being in the body. Next, my plan was to relax until I lose track of my body. Same problem. It was only by focussing on energy more and allowing myself to be sucked into these nonphysical perceptions that it became possible to get out consistently. It stopped being about my physical body and getting out of it.
