It would be hard to define spirit and soul without defining mind and body as well. So:

Body: The physical object that we control, including the brain and all its functions. Includes most if not all emotions, physical memory, and the majority of one's behaviors and personality.

Spirit: Essentially, spirit bodies; most probably comprising the 7 levels of spirit body (including astral) that each have certain functions.

Soul or Intelligence: The essential being or consciousness; the core; that which sees what is seen.

What the two above parts contain, I am somewhat uncertain. But between them I believe they are responsible for the subconscious and the core values of the individual (not as they are manifested in the body, but at a deeper level--as in, what determines the choices we make).

Mind: The interior processes that the soul is aware of and has control over, such as thought, motivation, choice, perception of environment (physical or not) and emotion.
