thats right - just what you said head where my feet are and vice versa. I think i was aware that my physical self was actually lying the other way around too and was thinking hmm ive got feet in both my faces. But I couldn't move away. I did have an awesome dream afterwards but it woul dbe great to expand whats happening if someone else has simaler and has a technique.
