Haunted places / RTZ
Hi y'all,
I was posting about my haunting in another thread and this question came floating up in my head...
If I were to visit an extremely haunted place in the RTZ, what might it look like?
See, I have strong associations with the haunted dorm I lived in and wouldn't mind popping in to check in if I could manage it, but the idea of what I might find from the astral side of things intimidates me a bit. For one thing, it was rumored that some of the girls in previous years played with a ouija board and opened up some portals that haven't been closed, which contributed strongly to the subway station feeling of that haunting. (Like, it was very easy for ghosts to "come through" there) Honestly, in my mind's eye, the spirit version of that place would be nasty. Crawling with shadows, littered with holes and debris. It was such a strong haunting that the building literally had a sort of greasy, swimmy feel to its energy; it was just EVERYWHERE, you could feel spirit energy even when nothing was present, like a residue. Sometimes I think, it's better NOT to be able to see this stuff; I can't imagine how gross it would look if you could visually see it. The stale smell of a haunted place is bad enough.
We had a decent ghost in our room who kept off the riffraff but I'm afraid to say that the haunting worsened in the years after we left, and girls living in other rooms were finding excrement smeared on walls and such. I have to imagine that things only look worse on the other side, but I'd love to hear otherwise.
