I've made a picture that can be used to project consciousness into.

Attempt looking at this for a prolonged period of time before going to sleep to induce a lucid dream. Or attempt looking at one point (small square) with a fixed gaze for a certain period of time to project consciousness into the image.

Some people have experienced an undesired effect of feeling like throwing up while attempting doing this, the image has been drawn to warp consciousness quite easily so I apologize in advance if an undesired effect like this is produced.
