Well yea ive been trying to get 2 the astral plane and remember it conciously for a while now but i havent done it yet in about 2 months.I know this requires patience but usually i lie down straight away i feel tingles,then after ive relaxed my muscles i will feel numb and heavy particually in the hands and wrists and then i will get a floating or falling sensation or something similar.And occasionally i will hear a weird ringing sound in my ear when i try,this happened quite a lot before i knew about AP and i thought i had ear problems but i think its something to do with it because i heard about it saying you are nearly out your body if you hear these sounds.

But after that ive never gotten the vibrations i will have the falling sensations and then i will go back to heaviness and numbness usually,but i will either just open my eyes after about 20-50 mins or i will fall asleep i was thinking if it is something to do with my age at this point of time because im 13 and since im maturing lots i was thinking it has lots to do with physical aspects.Oh and im also doing lots of chakra work hopeing that helps.

If anyone could help me to get me out of my body id be very pleased i mean like if anyone can point out if anything is wrong or tell me some techniques ive done a few of the techniques like the rope technique it feels like my arms are moving and im ready to pop out but it doesnt work.Ive also heard of Brainwaves helping you get out of your body but i cant buy all this stuff off the net because i mean i need a credit card and im only 13 lol.Oh and would Lucid Dreaming help me get out of my body ive read quite a bit about it and i was thinking maybe i could start from there and try to OBE in Lucid Dreaming.Ooops i just forgot one last thing I cant find Astral Dynamics 4 sale i live in Perth W.A and Im pretty sure Robert Bruce was published when he was in perth but i can find it for sale anywhere really so if anyone has seen it around could ya tell me cheers!!
