Today I saw the movie about demonic posession of Emily Rose. A big portion of it took place in a courtroom. The lawyer that represented the good guys made a statement at the end of the movie. This is where I got the idea to write what I am about to say.

Fact leaves no room for possibilities. Therefore you are saying that it is not possible that he saw death, which is one of the most foolish* (dont like it very much do you? srry i dont mean it) things to say out of this whole conversation in my opinion. a scientific approach is nice when dealing with the supernatural, but i think you might be taking it a little too far.
have u also consdiered that you are the one who needs the help?
