I've been reading a lot about the different CDs that can be purchased to help induce OBE's. Can anyone recommend any good ones, and where I might buy them? I poked around the Monroe Institute website and they have a huge selection, but the descriptions are vague and the CDs are very expensive. I don't mind spending the bucks if it's worthwhile, but I don't want to blow a bunch of money on something that will be of no use to me. Or are there any CD's that actually help? Opinions and recommendations?
