Yes my lifestyle has changed somewhat, not that much but I'm work out more than I did before now. (not stretching out good enough?).

I significantly more occupied now than I was before, thus leaving less time to practice.
I've used different types of methods.

Those I have used were the rope technique, counting technique (while imagining myself floating downward)
Though I've never had a 100% succsessfull exit, I've always kindof drifted off during the exit.

I'd like to experience deep trance state also.
I'm just unsure where to start things up again.

Regarding the MAP program, never heard of it. I have the Astral Dynamics book though.
