hello I would just like to add here that most lucid dreams are in fact astral projection, because we are opening and expanding our awareness in the first place, I have had many similiar experiences and have came to the conclusion that ap is the same as ld's..and most of the time obes occur not when I am in a dream but just prior to the dreaming stage, many folks get confused about the dreaming and obe realms,..I think for myself most if not all obes are in fact outside the dreaming realms, where most people think they are out of body in dreams , and this is not the case , it is simply a confusion or manipulation of the dream..leaving them to think they are in fact out of body, when they are in the body dreaming..
does this make sense?
well I think everyone observes differantly , and its all about what you observe for yourself..this is only what I came to conclude on my own experinces..
