Today, when I got home from work in the morning (I work nites) I tried it again, had eyes closed but was looking at what looked like my room.
only it was in a different spot and there were minor variations. Kept getting flashes of light. About 5 times. Very intense, these were nice. Last time I saw the source of the yellowish golden light. There was a core of energy, circular, in a way but also had corners on the edges. Much energy there. Not sure what it was, any ideas??? Kept hearing things fall over, and something moving around, sounded like some critters. Tried to send that bright light around me in case it was, in order to drive them away, still kept coming so just concentrated on the sound in my ears. (sound of aum?)
talked to tom. said was right on the verge of leaving! Getting soooo close!

Edit: eventually i gave up, becuz it was taking a while and i didnt have the energy or motivation to do it, and getting really tired. Felt like a long time when i look at the clock only about 20 minutes gone by....
