It's good to see you developing a routine, oath, but sleep deprivation and over indulgence in caffiene is gonna back-fire on you if it hasn't already.

Have you considered taking a healthy supplement for stimulation such as tyrosine or dlpa? These are naturally occurring and work in harmony with the brain. Available from all good health stores.

I forgot to mention to you about that chat we had about msg. I've found a supplement called L-glutamine (protein which converts to glutamate) and this has the same effect as msg on dreaming - but is natural and healthy!!
