Well all I have to say is what is good for me is not good for everyone else, but may be good for some people which is why I posted this technique of mine and will keep posting my experiences.

It is helping me to be flexible (which I already am very flexible)

It helps me with energy work more

Third eye is more active

And of course, last but not least, keep practicing obe this way until I can do it at will, when I'm not tired. The human mind and brain can take a lot, I have not noticed any bad side effects whatsoever, but thnx for your guys concerns
