It seems for me a bit contradictory with one of the OBE prerequisites: Having enough energy available.
Enough energy available? I don't quite understand, there is more then enough energy always, being able to move and use it is where the problem lies. And I think myself fairly good at this.

How can OBE if we are extremely tired, unless we are enough proficient in energy raising at exit time, once reached trance status and therefore gained control over energy body..?

Or not, I remember that RB at his Treatise on Astral Projection, Part 4 advices: You also need to feel you are very strong, full of energy and could climb like this all night.
That must be it, I do feel strong etc.. Confident
Part of it may be the fact that I am simply too tired to get into all the details that I don't understand and thus create doubt. And something about the subconscious mind taking over as well. (I don't really know the fundamentals of how all this stuff works and don't know the difference between an obe/ astral projection/ nde/ etc...)

This tell to us, we must to commit with an attitude leading to assured success.

This only a think. I hope this be of help for you and overcome the conceptual puzzle related to "OBE while extremely tired" assertion.

Sincerely,
Natalia Parker
You were very helpful. Thnx for helping to figure out how this works

Also would like to add that I have trouble relaxing and am working on it. When I am tired I can relax faster and easier, so maybe this is why this particular technique works best for me.
