Hi oath..! I understand you. Energy is everywhere and available for all (me, you, and the rest of conscious Universe of its existence) in the amount we will. But "we will" assertion implies that we can dispose of it, willingly, through a mechanism known as energy raising. Otherwise, energy is everywhere but without purpose.

This affaire is like breath. Normally we breath, even unwillingly (instinctively), in order to assure life maintenance. But, in order to achieve some effects (as tibetan monks, pranayama yogis, and like other) we must to exert a conscious and systematic (rythmic breath, 6:3:6 - 4:2:8 - and much other inspire:retain:expire ratios) control of air (mix of oxigen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, etc.). In similar way, a greater from normal energy available in our energy body is needed in order to APing. Unless we, as the young RB, shall have chackras naturally overactive.
