I still such a newbie but I have a few questions and the more experienced can anser me? ( I'm rather tired sorry about typos, anyway..)

Does the energy body have any effect on phasing? Phasing seems to be just changing your focus to the different levels that can be accesed.

An OBE seems to be more related to cultivating energy using whatever system the ober is using to obe.

Or am I wrong?
