Seriously, check the internet site you posted on whilst OBEing.

OBE to a place (in the past) you can get to in the present time, and leave yourself a message to retrieve in the present.

OBE to the past and tell someone to talk to you about it in the present - "remember this and tell me in the year 2005 that you felt a ghost around the house."

If you find yourself, be gentle - you won't recognise the present you.
