Using VRP to go directly into a mandala or a poster of a Buddha is too much pressure at this point for someone like me. Star Trek is another matter. I've been reading the novels for a long time and I'm familiar with the stories and characters. When I start doing VRP, I'm going to have enough to worry about just learning to use the technique. The added pressure of having to have such a profound spiritual experience right away only makes things worse.
