Calm down ...relax-----Did and always do my best. Body asleep mind awake. A few minor twitches. Never did get the cobwebs like I used to with the energy raising.....wonder why. HEY what was that........that was light at the left slow now no hasty movements......just peeking. Oh nothing. Damn that throat itches, if I cough I might bust the trance thingy well I dont have a trance, as there is no such thing....I am PHASING !!!! yea baby. Ok no joking around.Is that my hand?....no it cant be my hand is not upright like that but flat on the bed.....how do I know that? well it was when I first started phasing.....whats that sound..........ha I know its snooring ............who the hech is snooring?....could it be? ha well whatta ya know I am listening to myself snooring. WHOA would you look at that its my body YEA ITS MY BODY and og my God I am lifting right out of it right leg left leg holy ♥♥♥♥ thats it I am having a whatever it is ...................................OK CALM DOWN nothing unusual....slow down now compose yourself dont think of your body, look at that light.....where does it come from....from the crystal...... man that is a big crystal....and right in my bedroom............cant be but it is, but but how does a crystal speak.......the light is very bright my leg is numb, itching as welll....NO NO nO wanna stay consentrate CONSENTRATE DAMN IT FREEZE.......ok I give up......back ......my leg is still numb and I am dizzy.
