Hello again this is Ben

First I want to explain a few things then I will tell everyone my question and hopefully get a few answers.

I am somewhat new to Astral Projection. What I mean by this statement is that when I was a child I Astral Traveled a lot to escape some traumas that were going on in my life at the time. From what I understand from a few friends of mine that I have now that at that time I created an Island on the Astral Plane. I won't describe the Island suffice to say that others have been on this island and are still going through it. I don't tell people about the island that way I can tell if they have actually been on it. Such as my friends they have been able to describe my island and everything on it without my ever telling them about it. Anyways when I was younger I had a few traumatic experiences that made me make this island but then I went further and split myself up into other "selves".

Here is my question since according to my friends I have a astral double on the island that is there at all times without my councious awareness.
According to them this double has some awareness of what is around it and can move a little but other than that can not interact with anything.

Is this possible? And how do I fix it and get that part of me back?

Also a WARNING to those that may attempt to look for the island or think they have been on it. There is at least 3 known Astral Beings on this island. One being is known to be Evil/Negative and actively feed on astral tavelers that go through the area. The other 1 or 2 that are there are Good/Positive Beings one being seems to be a guardian for the island and will approach those that stop to look around. Express your intentions but do not press your presence if he asks you to leave. I know one person that listened in on my discussion with my friends then tried to get on the island and was kicked off forcefully by the Guardian and got three visable scratch marks under the skin from it.
