a friend refered me to this website, he also supplied me with a bunch of books on OBE's.

yesterday i read about 600 pages worth on OBE's, and decided to try and have one.

so last night i tried, i got all the charactaristics, like the vibrations and all.
my legs felt very heavy. i say a bright white light surge in my head. but it faded, and everything stopt.

to all you gurus out there, what exactly did i experience and what should i do to become more proficient at this.
