Answering your previous question, no I cannot astral project at will.

The second one however, seems more prominent. I'm sure the subconscious mind can do it, since it takes a still photograph and makes it moveable, it should beable to take a moving photograph and become it. Also, since you have watched the movie, you should beable to "watch" and interact with it also, or even better yet...play one of the roles of the character in that movie
