Play from a laptop while connected to the Internet through a USB dongle, preferably from Orange (since they dont cut you off after hitting the limit). That way you are good for the duration of your laptop battery should a power blackout occur - 5 hours or so, should be good enough to finish a tournament. I sometimes play long sessions (mostly cash games though) - never really had a problem, just occasional minor hiccups when I needed to reconnect.
