I'm only here for the weather, Sun, Beach, and booze vacation, in respites of 1 month at a time 3 times a year... I cant stand the enneificient cultural malaise of getting things done here, from construction to repairs, to just common sense.. But all of that seems to sizzle away when me and my girlfriend at the time are watching the sunset, sunrise or the waves breaking on the shores... all else is a cluster f _ ck. I mean really, these folks are not the sharpest knife in the Ginsu set.
Seriously looking to make large coin down here is a headache beyond redemption... So look at it as an escape from the real world unless you have tapped into a niche, and make your coin from home. enjoy..
